Product Overview
1 The puncture structure is simple to install, and the insulated wire does not need to be peeled;
2 Torque nut with constant puncture pressure to ensure good electrical connection without damaging the wire,
3 Self-sealing structure, moisture-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, prolong the service life of insulated wires and clips
4 Adopt special contact blade, suitable for copper (aluminum) butt joint and copper-aluminum transition
5 The electrical contact resistance is small, and the contact resistance is less than 1.1 times of the resistance of the
equal-length branch wire, in line with the DL/T765.1-2001 standard
6 Special insulating shell, resistant to light and environmental aging, dielectric strength> 12KV
7 Curved surface design, suitable for the same (different) diameter wire connection, wide connection range (0.75mm2-400mm2)
Why are insulation puncture clips so expensive? Why are some products of the same specification so cheap?
In terms of product structure, the insulation piercing clip is a relatively simple product structure among all cable splitters.
The insulating shell, copper alloy blade, torque nut, bolt and other components form a product. From the perspective of
components alone, it is indeed relatively low cost. Moreover, its role is only branch diversion, and has no other role, which
leads many of us to think that the price of insulation puncture clips is so expensive.
In fact, on the issue of price, it is always the value that determines the price. In most cases, the price cannot determine the value.
The price of insulation puncture clip is determined by its product value, not artificially determined its price geometry! There are
some same specifications of insulation piercing clips on the market. The imported insulation piercing clips are more than ten
pieces, and some products with the same specifications are one-half or even one-third of it.
It is not that the product is not powerful, but if we pursue the price of insulation puncture clips, then this product has no value
in existence, and no one will pursue safety, quality and performance. If these tests are not done, how can these inferior products
ensure the safety of our lives and property after blind installation and use?
