Introduction
The pull stay rod is an important load-bearing metal component used in the pull stay tower, which connects the pull plate,
the pull stay and the UT stay clamp. Their common function is to use the pull-up force generated by the pull plate buried
in the ground to fix the pole tower on the ground.
Rust status
Although the surface of the stay rod is hot-dip galvanized to prevent corrosion, it will inevitably produce different degrees
of rust due to the influence of weather, air, and inorganic salts in the soil. Severe rust will cause the stay rod to rust and
break, and the pole will fall over. This requires replacement, which requires a lot of time and manpower investment,
and this is a cyclical process.
Anti-corrosion countermeasures
Concrete can resist heat, cold, water, and damage from external forces for a long time in the field environment,so it is
feasible to use concrete for the anticorrosion protection of the stay rod. Choose a suitable concrete mold,cut it
longitudinally,wrap the stay rod, and pour the concrete with cement waterproofing agent. Reduce the amount of
earthwork for the replacement of the pull rod, does not affect the safety of the line operation, is convenient for
construction, easy to operate,high plasticity, sturdy and durable, and convenient for maintenance.
